Machine operator / process operator (3 shifts)

Savix specializes in producing and supplying high-quality lifting straps. To take the quality of our products to a higher level, we have started our own production in our brand new factory in Harderwijk.

As an operator you are responsible for weaving semi-finished belt fabrics using various weaving machines. You will, among other things, work on:

• Monitoring the quality of the belt fabric during the weaving process;
• Resolving malfunctions during the weaving process;
• Changing the machines;
• Organizing a yarn change when bobbins have been emptied (the majority of this is done by machine);
• The logistics process surrounding the production line;
• Managing stock and semi-finished products.

Your ‘fellow weavers’ are responsible for the weaving and you for the production process. So we are also looking for an operator who takes responsibility and knows how to manage and monitor a machine line and sees it as a challenge to keep it running optimally.

What can you expect?

We produce in a 3-shift system. During the shift there is also a colleague working in final production, and a colleague in the packaging / shipping department. When changing a yarn change, the latter colleague will help you, so that the machine can continue running quickly!

• Working in a brand new building with an eye for staff. Bobbins do not have to be put on manually and therefore it is not heavy work;
• You work together with colleagues on beautiful products in a pleasant atmosphere;
